Welcome!
I am lecturer and PhD candidate at Utrecht University School of Economics.
I am an applied microeconomist with a background in program evaluation, and evidence-based policy design. My research interest are public economics and applied industrial organization. I have experience in the Colombian public sector, where I worked at the National Planning Department Colombia, District Planning Secretariat of the City of Bogota, think tank CRECE, and Universidad de Manizales.
My doctoral disseration Essays on Empirical Economics of Public Procurement: Drivers of Efficiency and Effectiveness focuses on public procurement markets.
